Private Yoga Sessions
Client Agreement

This Client Agreement is a contract between you and Central Michigan Kundalini, LLC, and is effective upon the date of purchase of "Private Yoga Sessions".
Terms of Agreement:
1. Frequency of payments. An automatic recurring payment will be made monthly based on the date of purchase. You will not receive advance notice of this payment but will receive post-payment confirmation. If Private Yoga Sessions begin during the month, the first month will be prorated as required per contract terms.
2. Services offered & Frequency. "Private Yoga Sessions" allows you a specific number each month of individual live yoga sessions with Central Michigan Kundalini of up to 60 minutes.
Specific number of sessions is as follows:
~ Single Session ($100)- One time meeting of up to 60 minutes
~ Twice Monthly ($125/mo.) - Two sessions per month of up to 60 minutes each
~ Weekly Sessions ($250/mo.) - Four sessions per month of up to 60 minutes each
(Please note: No sessions held on the 5th week of a month)
~ Twice Weekly Sessions ($500/mo.) - Eight Sessions per month of up to 60 min. each
(Please note: No sessions held on the 5th week of a month)
3. Changing Automatic Payments. If you would like to change or cancel your payment you may do so at any time by emailing kris@krisbatzner.com. Please allow one week notice to stop or change payment information. No refunds will be provided.
Agreement to these conditions:
By signing below and providing Payment Information I agree that I have read and understand this Agreement. I authorize Central Michigan Kundalini, LLC to charge monthly the specified Payment method. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification as required under this Agreement. I represent and warrant that I have full authority to enter into this Agreement and make representation herein.
